Shanti Massage is located in the beautiful Vernon Valley, adjacent to the Appalachian Trail, at the base of Wawayanda Mountain.  My practice focuses on understanding the deep connection between the mind and body.  All services offered are healing modalities that enhance body awareness and teach the body to heal itself.  Shanti is a warm, welcoming space where I can spend time understanding my clients in order to address their specific needs.
